Isn’t it ironic – don’t you think..
So, having decided that I have ADD, my doctors are now prescribing stimulants and mood stabilizers at the same time. This seems kind of like working at cross purposes, but hey, I don’t look like I have a degree in pharmacology. So I will keep my fingers crossed that all works out.
In other health-related news, I have a mole that has been declared a likely canidate for melenoma, a form of skin cancer. They’re going to remove it, via something called a plug-drill, on the 23rd. I’m trying to pretend that I’m not scared of having something called a plug drill used on my skin. Mostly I’m not succeeding.
I keep meaning to make some more updates to my web site.. maybe someday soon. But still, the ones I’ve made are pretty cool, the first time I’ve had a major format change in some time. Maybe it was about time..

I’ve had several removed for the same reason. they’ll give you a local anasthetic. it’s no biggie.

You’ll be totally fine. You’re exactly at the age where melenoma starts to show up. I’ve had 2 friends now that have gone through it, and they are totally fine. It was caused by a bad burn in childhood, that only starts to show after effects when they were about 30yrs old.
I’m scared myself that I might eventually get something, but at least I know early detection means TREATABLE! yay! 🙂
Hrm…so you have ADD. That’s interesting. Darren does too. He was diagnosed when he was little, though. His symptoms aren’t as severe as when he was a child (he’s not bouncing off the walls anymore, hehe), but he still has to take Adderall. I’m sure the meds will help you focus on things more for more hours, and help smooth things out. Best of luck to you!
Hey, I start a new job Monday! I’ll be seeing you shortly then, with some moolah in hand. 🙂

Sheer, you had ADD when you were younger didn’t you?
Now they say most people don’t outgrow it. 🙁
