Would you get on board?

I would.. but only if certain other people were also coming.

I should probably make a list of those people, it might tell me a lot about myself.

    I know I’m missing some people.. if you think you should be on the list but I didn’t include you, please give me a call, email, or other message.

    Then there are people I would rather not leave behind, but would accept the loss of. That’s a rather longer list.

    Then there are people who I know *wouldn’t* get on board so there’s no point in waiting.. but who I wish would. OMCN would be at the top of that list.

    I know it will be a long time before a Angel lands here. They won’t land unless we no longer keep weapons at the ready to fight wars, because no sane Angel would ever land in a world where it might be used as a weapon.

    I swear I have memories.. ghosts, just ghosts.. of when Earth wasn’t amber on the registry. When we were marked as a “safe world” and people came and went regularly, unafraid. I wish we could get back to that world. But us, give up religion? I doubt it will be soon. Us, give up our guns and worse, scarier things? How will that even happen?
